Scanlon & Pinto, PLLC was founded in 1996 by myself and my partner, Felicia Pinto, and concentrates solely in the practice of real estate and mortgage banking law. The firm's clients include retail purchasers & sellers, investors, rehabbers, wholesalers, builders and a number of major lending institutions.
I obtained my J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law where I was a member of the Property Law Journal, and my B.S. from St. John's University. I have been certified as a Property Shark Professor and I will be lecturing on various aspects of real estate law. I am a member of the New York Bar Association, Real Property Section.
